Built to solve a problem WHOOP leaves unsolved.
I've been using WHOOP a lot. The recovery data is genuinely useful — but when I started taking strength training seriously, I kept running into the same wall: WHOOP Strength Trainer logs your sessions, but it won't tell you if you're actually getting stronger. There's no exercise-by-exercise progression chart. No way to see if your bench press has improved over 8 weeks. The data is there — it's just not surfaced.
I built StrengthInsight to fill that gap. Upload a screenshot after your session, and the app extracts your sets, reps, and weights automatically. From there you get progression charts, PR tracking, plateau detection, and an AI-generated next workout — all based on your actual training history.
