Why StrengthInsight exists
WHOOP Strength Trainer is a great session logger, but it doesn't show you whether your bench press is improving across weeks, how long it's been since your last squat PR, or whether your accessory lifts have quietly plateaued. The data is in your sessions — it's just not surfaced. StrengthInsight extracts that data from a screenshot and turns it into a real progression view.
