StrengthInsight ("we", "our", or "the app") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use StrengthInsight.

Information We Collect

StrengthInsight uses Google Sign-In for authentication. When you sign in, we receive basic account information such as your email address and a unique user identifier.

When you upload workout screenshots, those images are processed temporarily to extract workout data (e.g. exercises, sets, reps, weights). Screenshots are not sold or shared.

How Information Is Used

• Authenticate users
• Process and extract workout data
• Store workouts for your personal use
• Improve reliability and functionality

Data Storage

Data is stored securely using Google Firebase services. While reasonable safeguards are used, no system can guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Services

StrengthInsight uses Google Authentication, Google Cloud / Firebase, and Firebase Hosting.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data for marketing purposes.
